Babel, a games industry outsource company, announced today that they are recruiting 150 new functionality and localisation testers.

The company is a registered Sony, Microsoft and Nintendo developer, whose clients include EA, Disney, THQ, Atari, Ubisoft, Eidos, Capcom, Nokia, VU Games, Activision, Namco Bandai, Midway, Konami, Majesco, NCSoft, Take-Two, Square Enix, LucasArts and others.

"We're working on some of the world's biggest games right now, expanding like crazy," said Algy Williams, Babel's managing director. "If you're interested in working in videogames, for a fun company, with great prospects within the industry, get in touch!"

For the Montreal facility, the company is looking for avid gamers with a good standard of written English, available for full or part time work as functionality testers.

Babel is recruiting localisation testers at both the Brighton and Montreal facilities. They are looking for native speakers of French, Italian, German, Spanish, Dutch, Portuguese, Finnish, Norwegian, Danish and Swedish. Full training will be supplied and recruits wishing to relocate to Babelâs Montreal facility from Europe will be given relocation assistance.

Along with the Montreal and Brighton locales, Babel has facilities in New Delhi and Los Angeles.
