Soedesco opens new office in Spain

Publisher establishes first national office outside of The Netherlands

Dutch publisher Soedesco has set up a new office in Madrid, Spain to bolster its international operations.

The Soedesco Ibérica space is the firm's first office outside of The Netherlands. It will be led by general manager Bernardo Hernández.

"Our strategy is to further expand our operations in the region. Spain has immense unexplored value and now we have the opportunity to work closer with these amazing creative talents," said Soedesco managing director Jack Chauthi.

Harnandez added: "After more than 15 years in the industry, it's a great honour to lead Soedesco in Spain. We strongly believe in the potential of Spanish developers, which is why we want to provide them with great publishing and distribution opportunities in the video game industry."

The publisher is headquartered in Rotterdam, and also has an additional development studio in Pilsen, Czech Republic, which opened in 2019.
