Utomik to launch multiplatform cloud gaming service

Beta will be available to the UK and Benelux with plans to rollout globally

Today gaming subscription platform Utomik announced that it will be launching a cloud gaming service.

Consumers will be able to play titles on Android mobile, tablets, or various Samsung Smart TVs, with the ability to change devices and continue playing on them.

The company said that the cloud gaming service will release a closed beta and support Android 9 and higher operating systems.

The beta availability will initially be available in in the United Kingdom and Benelux, and later will be accessible in North America. Utomik intends to eventually roll it out globally.

"...with partners such as Samsung, which sells around 50 million units a year that Utomik can transform into gaming devices, we can soon deliver games to more people around the world, whether they call themselves gamers or not, opening new markets," said company CEO Doki Tops.

Founded in 2014, the Netherlands-based platform provides a global PC gaming subscription service where users can play titles from over 100 publishers.
