Keywords Studios forecasts €505m in revenue for 2021

Games service provider partially attributes growth to business cost reduction due to COVID-19

Today Keywords Studios released its forecast for 2021 and the company estimates that it will generates €505 million ($570 million).

This represents an increase of 35% year-over-year compared to 2020.

The games service provider partially attributed this growth to reduction in costs due to COVID-19, relating to remote work, property costs, travel and business development.

Looking ahead the group forecasts that the fiscal year of 2022 will see €569 million ($642 million) generated in revenue.

"Having started to meet with many of our people, studios and customers, I am excited about the opportunity to capitalise on the Group's unique full-service platform to deliver an ever more compelling proposition for the buoyant video games market, and adjacent content industries," Keywords CEO Bertrand Bodson.
