Today, Genvid Holdings announced that it has closed its Series C funding round with $113 million.

The company said the investment will be used to create a new publishing subsidiary which will produce "massive interactive live events."

The funding round was led by previous investors Valor Equity Partners and Atreides Management.

New investors participating in the round included Third Point Ventures, Cobalt Capital, LightShed Ventures, XN Capital, and Lux Capital.
