Discuss E3, Summer Game Fest and more at 'The JW' event

Our networking event goes on over 12 hours

The all-digital E3 ends today, and we've had a number of interesting announcements throughout the past week. But what about the chance to share views and mingle with industry friends? Or even meet new ones?

For those who have been to E3 know that the place to do this is the JW, the hotel that sits alongside the Los Angeles Convention Center. And we are now bringing the JW to the whole business... digitally speaking, of course. Industry professionals can sign up for free right here.

The JW is a Zoom networking event where every 20 minutes you're put into a randomised group with four or five professionals in the games industry. Turn up at any point, leave whenever you want, it's super casual with a 'host' available at all times to make sure you're looked after. You'll connect with people you may not typically meet, find unique opportunities to socialise, and maybe even have some interesting business discussions.

The event is a partnership between GamesIndustry.biz and the Games Industry Gathering. The Gathering was started at the start of the pandemic and has grown to 3,000 members worldwide.

The event starts at 11am (PDT), 2pm (EDT), 7pm (BST), 8pm (CEST) and 4am (AEST) and runs for 12 hours. So there are plenty of opportunities to take part, no matter where you are in the world.

You can register right here.
