Bloodborne composer co-founds new audio production company
The Audio Hive roster includes veterans from The Witcher 3, God of War, and Red Dead Redemption II
A new production company co-founded by multi award-winning composer Cris Velasco was revealed this week.
Velasco is best-known for his contributions to Bloodborne, Mass Effect 3, and Overwatch.
The Audio Hive is headed by fellow composer and co-founder Jose Varon as CEO, with veterans Rodney Gates, Rob King, and Koyo Sonae joining in various production and management roles.
The Audio Hive roster includes a combined experience of 300 games, including Borderlands, Red Dead Redemption II, The Witcher 3, Mass Effect 3, and God of War.
Established to provide "innovate sounds for the growing needs of current and next-gen gaming projects," The Audio Hive's first project was sound design for Gunfire Games' upcoming title, Remnant: From The Ashes,
