SuperData: Crash Team Racing sold over 550k units digitally in June

Overwatch surpasses $1b in in-game spending, Rainbow Six Siege revenue up to $36.8m last month

Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled sold over half a million digital units in its debut month of June, though it didn't quite carve out a spot in the top 10 grossing titles for the month over giants such as Roblox, The Division 2, or Dota 2.

SuperData's monthly report on digital game revenue keeps the usual suspects in the top 10, with PC lead by League of Legends, console by Fortnite, and mobile by Tencent's Honour of Kings.

The notable new entry in the rankings this month is Game for Peace, Tencent's version of PUBG specifically made for China, where PUBG Mobile has not yet been able to officially launch. In its first month, Game for Peace ranked as the sixth highest-grossing game on mobile worldwide.

SuperData also reiterated news from Ubisoft last week that Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege saw its highest MAUs ever in June, adding that it was also the game's sixth-best month for in-game spending. Total revenue from Rainbow Six reached $36.8 million last month, up 50% from May and 9% year-over-year.

Finally Overwatch, now in its fourth year, surpassed $1 billion in all-time in-game spending last month.
