Rogue Games closes $1.25m financing round

Grishin Robotics leads seed funding for mobile publisher's expansion

Mobile publisher Rogue Games has announced today the completion of a $1.25 million series seed financing round led by Grishin Robotics.

With their investment, the robotics and gaming venture capital firm will see its founder Dmitry Grishin join the Rogue board of directors.

"We're extremely excited to be partnering with Grishin Robotics alongside the innovative companies in their portfolio," said Rogue founder and CEO Mike DeLaet. "Grishin Robotics brings a talented and focused team with them to help us continue to grow Rogue to becoming the largest game publisher in the West."

Rogue plans to use the funding to hire more employees and grow the company, as well as launch new games to expand its portfolio.
