Law firm investigating Activision-Blizzard on behalf of investors

Pomerantz LLP looking into claims that company leadership engaged in securities fraud, other unlawful practice

Law firm Pomerantz LLP is currently investigating claims brought forward by investors that Activision-Blizzard and its senior leadership commited securities fraud or other unlawful business offenses following the company's split from Bungie last week.

In a press release, the law firm offered few details on the nature of the suit, but specifically referenced the Bungie and Activision split, as well as the sharp drop in Activision stock price following the announcement.

The release includes an invitation for interested parties to join a possible class action lawsuit.

Bungie's split with Activision last week involved Bungie taking the publishing rights to the Destiny franchise to be self-published in the future, while Activision focuses more heavily on its own IP.
