Subway Surfers developer to launch video streaming platform

SYBO TV to host live streams, trailers, and other video content related to the mobile endless runner

SYBO, developer of mobile endless runner Subway Surfers, is set to launch a new video streaming platform called SYBO TV in the fourth quarter of this year.

SYBO TV will host Subway Surfers-related IP, such as live streams, trailers, and other video content such as current YouTube series Subway Surfers: The Animated Series. Content creators are encouraged to contribute their own work as well.

"Over the past year, we have been 'leveling up' our video content and channeling it as a springboard to deliver awesome new forms of entertainment to both our long-term fans and new audiences," said SYBO TV manager Adam R. Collier. "SYBO TV will showcase our passion for games and animation, and offer behind-the-scenes glimpses at the talent that helps make the SYBO magic happen."

Subway Surfers currently has over 2.1 billion downloads on both iOS and Android combined. 52.5 million of these occurred this past June, the game's most popular month thus far since its launch six years ago.
