Wizard of Legends sells 500,000 copies

Indie rogue-like reaches milestone in two months, celebrates with new update and PC/Switch discount

SAN FRANCISCO, CA July 25, 2018 - Celebrating 500,000 copies sold cross-platform, Contingent99 and Humble Bundle are also excited to announce the Nocturne update for co-op spell-slinging action game Wizard of Legend.

The update introduces a familiar NPC to Lanova Plaza who will randomize players' runs through the Chaos Trials. Additionaly, French, German, and Russian language support have been added to the pre-existing Spanish, Chinese, Japanese, and Korean on all platforms (PC, Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One).

The update also includes few tuning and quality of life changes, such as better load times, better framerate in single player and co-op, tweaks of Arcanas, and more. The free Nocturne update is available now on all platforms. In the future, players can expect two new DLCs to come, each with a new themed dungeon and boss.

Wizard of Legend is a no-nonsense, action-packed take on wizardry that emphasizes precise movements and smart comboing of spells in a rogue-like dungeon crawler that features over a hundred unique spells and relics. The game launched May 15, 2018.
