Wooga appoints new chief financial officer

New CFO Hermione McKee joined the company as head of finance in January 2016

Berlin, 20th March 2017: Wooga is pleased to announce that Hermione McKee has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

Hermione joined Wooga as Head of Finance in January 2016, bringing with her a decades worth of experience from the financial sector where she was at Goldman Sachs in Sydney before joining Morgan Stanley as an Executive Director in London. McKee's new role as Wooga CFO will see her lead all aspects of financial management, business intelligence and data science - supporting Wooga's decision making from an investment level through to data driven aspects of game development.

"Hermione has made a fantastic impact since joining Wooga and has taken our finance and commercial intelligence teams to the next level. This promotion represents due reward for all of her hard work over the past 12 months and will welcome her valuable input in driving Wooga forward," said Jens Begemann, Wooga co-founder and CEO.

"I'm very excited to take this next step with Wooga and play an even bigger role in this company's promising future," said McKee. "Wooga is already a market leader in terms of in-house business intelligence and I look forward to improving our capabilities even further."

Hermione holds an MBA with Distinction from INSEAD Business School and degrees in Science and Arts from the University of Canterbury in New Zealand.
