Puzzle & Dragons: Super Mario Bros. Edition still Japan's #1

New 3DS XL maintains lead in hardware

Nintendo has four of the five top selling games in Japan this week, with only Minecraft: PlayStation Vita Edition sneaking in at three. Puzzle & Dragons: Super Mario Bros. Edition kept hold of the top of the chart this week with another 38,914 units sold.

There were no new entries in the software top 20.

  4. [Wii U] Xenoblade Chronicles X (Nintendo, 04/30/15) - 11,689 (97,275)
  5. [Wii U] Mario Kart 8 (Nintendo, 05/29/14) - 9,454 (983,902)

In hardware the New 3DS beat last weeks sales to keep the number one position, followed by the PlayStation Vita.
