We R Interactive acquired by Inspired Gaming Group

We R Interactive, the UK-based developer of social titles We R Football and I AM PLAYR, has been acquired by the Inspired Gaming Group, which focuses on the provision of gaming terminals for casinos, betting shops and lottery games.

All staff have been retained and all intellectual property will be transferred as part of the deal.
