Kirchheim Teck, Germany, 01 June 2010 – The treasure hunt can start now in the hidden-object adventure Ankh: The Lost Treasures on the iPhone. The prequel to Ankh, the award-winning adventure game series from Deck13, is now available for the iPhone TM and iPod TM touch on the App Store.
As young Thara, already familiar to fans of the adventure series as the friend of the main character Assil, players search for treasure with Thara's friends Ephraim, Shalom, and Schmuel. In Egypt, a ship vanishes without a trace on the Nile after plundering a temple, taking with it the fabulous temple treasure. A treasure which includes a powerful ancient artifact that can save Thara's ailing father from death.
In lovingly hand-painted, detailed scenes, players must keep an eye out for countless hidden artifacts, important clues, and wacky objects, garnished with subtle humor. The help function is available at any time while solving the tricky puzzles.
