Industry analyst Michael Pachter is to keynote the upcoming Game Investment Conference, taking place in San Jose, California on November 2.
The two day event is geared both at investors looking for guidance on the market and development studios seeking funding.
Day one of the conference will include sessions on digital distribution, virtual goods and different revenue streams, and day two is to be focused on studios looking to finance games, with panels informing on the funding process and on what investors want to hear and, additionally, an opportunity for investors to see early stage titles seeking funding.
Wedbush Morgan Securities MD Michael Pachter will keynote the event, while other speakers are to include Jacob Hawley, 2K Games technology director, Wanda Meloni, president of M2 Research and venture capitalist Stephanie Spong.
