Former “Daily Show” Correspondent Rob Corddry to Emcee Awards Show
LOS ANGELES, CA – April 1, 2009 – MI6, the association dedicated to serving marketing, promotion and advertising professionals in the video game and interactive entertainment community, today announced the lineup of panelists for the extremely popular Gaming 2020 session at the 4th Annual Video Game Marketing Conference on April 8 in San Francisco. MI6 also announced today that Rob Corddry, the former “Daily Show” correspondent and actor (“What Happens in Vegas,” “W”), will host the 2009 MI6 Awards Show.
This year’s lively Gaming 2020 session, brought back by popular demand and moderated by Wedbush Managing Director of Research, Michael Pachter, embraces the conference theme with a discussion around how gaming can continue to maximize its momentum. A highly regarded and influential group will take the stage together to explore the state of the interactive entertainment industry and collectively project where video gaming’s future is headed in the years to come.
