Hello Kitty's Birthday Surprise features 2 exciting game modes - Story and Tournament. The story mode allows players to collect only an amount of ingredients needed in order to proceed to the next round. In the tournament mode however, requires players to collect as much ingredients as possible to obtain a high score for uploading purposes.
