Browser-based footie management available in five languages, with 15,000 players signed so far.

Frankfurt / Germany, September 4th, 2009 – Already more than 15,000 players – more than ten times the expected target – joined the Online Football Manager 11x11 in the past four weeks. The browser game provider Nekki is chuffed about the course the beta phase went and looks forward to the public release in five languages at September 4th, 2009. European football fans from England, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France, Spain and Turkey will be able to play 11x11 in their native language.

11x11 is a free-to-play football manager game, where each player can create his own football club. Players manage their teams and try to lead them to the biggest victories. The application runs in a browser window, so that neither an installation nor a powerful hardware is required. In various online leagues and tournaments the best managers can compete with thousands of other players. Unlike most other online football managers 11x11 offers daily tournaments around the clock.

Nekki thanks all beta participants and pre-starters by raffling off a Philips 47-inchLCD HD-TV. All beta users are automatically added to the raffle. Pre-starters can join the draw until September 10th, 2009. There are no special conditions needed. Just register in the game and start to play. To make the competition more interesting, Nekki donates another 100 players with a package of ten so-called “boosters”. This premium currency can be used to permit a rapid achievement of certain goals in the game.

All European football fans are invited to access 11x11 by visiting www.11x11.com. The forwarding will lead players to the respective language.
