Phil

Phil Elliott

Editor

As editor of GamesIndustry.biz and MobileIndustry.biz, Phil is responsible for ensuring that the sites offer the most up to date business news and information for the videogames industry.

He joined Eurogamer Network in July 2007, and has previously worked as editor at GameSpot UK, and consumer technology and gaming correspondent for BBC Radio Five Live, where he established the Talking Technology programme.

He has also written for the BBC News website, and appeared on BBC TV and radio networks on numerous occasions, discussing the gaming issues of the day.

Mark Androvich

Mark Androvich joined GamesIndustry.biz in June 2007 as our first American editor.

He has nine years of experience as a games journalist, and has contributed to publications such as MCV, PSM, Classic Gamer, Hardcore Gamer and Q64. Most recently, Mark was editor-in-chief of PS Extreme magazine. He has also written more than 20 official game guides for Dimension Publishing, Prima and Brady Games.

Based in California, Mark is responsible for producing the US-focused content on GamesIndustry.biz and managing relationships with our American contacts.

Matt Martin

Deputy Editor

Matt Martin has been deputy editor of GamesIndustry.biz since joining Eurogamer Network in August 2006, where he is equally comfortable covering breaking news, securing exclusive interviews or producing in-depth features.

Matt has over ten years experience in journalism, working in-house and freelance for a variety of trade, business to business and consumer publications from Informa Group, Intent Media, Future Publishing, Imagine Publishing and Tudor Rose, amongst others.

His work has appeared in a diverse selection of publications including MCV, Finance on Windows, Television Business International, PlayStation Gamer, Xbox World, PC Retail, Prime, Reach, i-D and Hip Hop Connection.

Richard

Richard's career in advertising began with a job at commercial radio group GWR in 1993, followed by roles at Chrysalis and then Liberty. In 2000 he moved to the Far East where he spent four years working in banking and real estate. After returning to the UK, Richard became account manager for Future Publishing's Edge magazine.

In October 2005, Richard joined Eurogamer Network. He was responsible for establishing the company's trade advertising division, and currently manages sales for both GamesIndustry.biz and MobileIndustry.biz. Managing Director

Rupert co-founded Eurogamer Network Limited in September 1999. In 2002 he oversaw the launch of GamesIndustry.biz and helped the site to quickly establish itself as the leading news and information resource for the interactive entertainment industry.

Along with GamesIndustry.biz and MobileIndustry.biz, Eurogamer Network publishes a wide range of leading consumer videogames websites including Eurogamer.net, Eurogamer TV and Eurogamer.de.
