We are located in the heart of Birmingham, occupying a 22 acre campus next to one of the major arterial roads into the city centre. There is excellent access to major motorways, Birmingham’s mainline railway services at New Street Station are a 15 minute walk away and BSPA is just 30 minutes from Birmingham International Airport.

The new BSPA strategy is focused on a service offering for founders of new technology ventures as well as more established businesses. The services include a new multi-occupancy start-up facility and a wide range of flexible office units (115-15,000 square feet), but the focus is on providing an interactive supportive environment where innovators can interface with like-minded people. It is about encouraging people to visit, re-visit and then relocate to the park. It is about partnership to gain understanding, to fill-in the missing pieces of the successful business puzzle – to help innovators and entrepreneurs succeed.
