Job Description Team Bondi is an independent game development company based in Sydney, Australia. Headed up by Brendan McNamara and featuring a team of seasoned games professionals, Team Bondi will produce next-generation console titles. We are offering a quality salary and lifestyle package to the right individuals.

We are looking for a talented and creative Programmer to work on low level GPU code, specifically vertex and fragment shaders.

Required Experience:
- Written complex high performance Shaders in Cg
- Worked with very large and dynamic environments (many permutations of shaders, lights etc)
- Post processing shaders
- Experience with modern GPUs, ideally Nvidia G70

Required Qualification:
- Bachelor degree or equivalent in computer science or related subject

Required Skills:
- Ability to invent original shaders and to creatively adapt standard models for a given set of requirements
- Understanding of graphics hardware, pipelines, bottlenecks, state changes, caches etc
- Optimisation skills, original approaches to balance art requirements, quality and performance
- Ability to digest research and apply to given situation (not just implement a documented algorithm)
- Understanding (not just knowledge) of lighting equations
- Client focus, ability to operate in an environment where the art drives the code, not vice versa
