Position Overview

In an expansion of our Match Engine team, we are looking for talented individuals to help us take our Match Engine to the next level. In true football style, we’re looking for candidates with not only the ability to do the job well – but with great potential still to fulfill.This will be someone who will be able to improve, maintain, optimise and add to our Match Engine, but also have flair specifically in graphics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintaining and extending our cross-platform 3D match engine. (PC, Mac, mobile.)
  • Working with artists and animators to develop support tools.
  • Developing new graphics features for future FM releases.

  • BSc in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of experience with real-time graphics, and C++
  • Experience with OpenGL, OpenGLES, or Direct X.
  • Ideally experience with shading languages such as HLSL and GLSL.
  • Good grasp of 3D graphics-related math: vectors, matrices, view projections, geometry, and linear algebra in general.
  • Familiarity with modern GPU architectures, and recent graphics techniques.
  • Ability to work within a large C++ codebase.
  • Excellent communication skills, self-motivated and able to work in a team and independently
  • Interest in football and previous games development experience desirable
