Job Description	A unique, rare opportunity to join a leading established studio and shape it's future development strategy To discuss this role further please email Matthew Hill with a copy of your current CV and convenient time to call. matthew@specialmove.com NB Your details will not be submitted or disclosed to any client until we have spoken directly with you OVERVIEW * Work with the Production teams to ensure the development schedule is as accurate and efficient as possible, that project teams meet / exceed milestones and objectives, and the ultimate products are delivered to the highest standard possible. * To constantly strive for keeping the development teams as productive as possible, identifying and implementing studio wide processes top achieve this. * Pro-active in identifying and resolving problems, assessing priorities, analyzing and managing risk and coordinating intra-company development efforts. * Develop and support project production staff faced with the issues of ambitious and high profile projects. EDUCATION * Good BSc or equivalent in a relevant subject. EXPERIENCE REQUIRED * At least 3 years experience in a Project Management / Senior Production / Senior Development role having been responsible for the full life cycle of development of more than one title simultaneously. KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIRED * Strong communicator, mediation and conflict resolution skills. * Able to identify and initiate development process improvements. * Track record of delivering quality products. * Experience of running multiple sizeable games development teams.
