OVERVIEW The PR Manager will manage and coordinate all consumer and trade press activities. Duties will include: • Writing of creative press releases for all titles • Ensuring maximum exposure of all titles through the whole product lifecycle: news; preview / work in progress; review; hints & tips / competitions & promotions • Devising and executing PR campaigns through all online, print & broadcast outlets for all titles (as practicable) • The ongoing development of relationships with all UK and overseas media contacts (as necessary) • The creation and ongoing upkeep of an extensive PR database • Liaison with third party PR agencies to effect satisfactory executions of PR briefs • Devising (in conjunction with the marketing manager) trade campaigns in all trade outlets; weekly update of press release to all trade outlets • Liaison with all UK and overseas sales agents for the communication / dissemination of all confirmed PR activity • In conjunction with the marketing department, development of all necessary PR assets: storyboards; development staff interviews; trailers; game demos; screenshots; • Liaison with all overseas PR contacts to ensure maximum exposure of all titles • Reconciliation of all PR campaigns from all overseas partners • Production of a weekly UK and European media report featuring all planned, confirmed and published activity • Ongoing forward planning of strategies for PR communications TO APPLY Please contact Matthew Hill via matthew@specialmove.com NB Your details remain confidential until we have spoken directly with you to confirm your interest in this role
