Job Description THE COMPANY

Established in 1993, Our Client is the largest internal development studio of one of the games industries biggest publishers. With over 225 staff working in a purpose designed 7-storey building located in the heart of one of London’s most vibrant districts. The studio has a proud tradition of developing ambitious and innovative titles and is committed in its aim further by creating a variety of entertainment experiences that are fun to play and which appeal to an ever broadening and diverse audience.

THE ROLE

Our client is looking for a Senior API Architect for their online content platform to be responsible for:-

* Technical designs for content platform's LUA API

* Co-ordinating feature requests

* Planning API implementation with platform content's Core Team

* Programming LUA API functionality

* Programming functional samples


ESSENTIAL SKILLS:-

* Strong technical design skills

* Online game development experience

* 3+ years C++ development


DESIRABLE SKILLS:-

* LUA scripting experience (1+ year)

* Script engine programming / gameplay engine programming

* Strong OO design skills

* Solid XML knowledge
