Job Description	This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced UK NAM or International Sales Manager. Export Sales experience while useful is not essential. Established in late 2004 our client is small but highly successful publisher which a strong range of popular new and established IP. OVERVIEW As ‘International Sales Manager’ you will be required to head up & implement the overall sales strategy across the overseas markets. Your responsibilities will include:- (i) Achievement of sales targets (ii) Sales forecasting & business planning; (iii) Negotiate terms of business with existing & prospective customers; (iv) The appointment & management of distribution partners; (v) Consistently review of performance of distribution partners & their competitors, including their business plans, marketing & sales performances; (vi) Advise on product pricing strategy (suggested retail price, trade price, etc); (vii) Attend relevant trade shows in the UK & overseas; (viii) When required, travel to personally deal with distribution partners; (ix) Maximize revenue opportunities at all levels of the business (x) Keep confidential all information noted as confidential; (xi) Ensure payment by distribution partners; (xii) Where appropriate assist in further sales efforts not limited to the overseas markets; (xiii) Collaborate closely with companyManagement; (xiv) Report to the Managing Director; In addition to a generous basic the role offers a generous bonus and pension scheme TO APPLY Please contact Matthew Hill via matthew@specialmove.com NB Your details remain confidential until we have spoken directly with you to confirm your interest in this role
