OVERVIEW With a small, creative team our client has swiftly established itself as a successful online & mobile games developer with an enviable range of licensed and new IP. Their commercial partners include true leaders in the entertainment and games space. This new role offers a great opportunity to join an innovative, growing team with big plans. They are seeking an experienced producer who loves making games and likes to make people feel good! They will not just understand how to make the best games possible but be able to define & communicate a clear product vision; motivate and mentor teams and work effectively with external partners. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Driving multiple games from concept to publishing and maintenance • Ensuring projects are on process and documentation is up to date and understood by internal & external stakeholders • Managing the team and external partners through the project cycle • Working with the project manager to ensure jobs are brought in to schedule and budgets • Identifying roles and helping resource projects QUALIFICATIONS • 3+ years in games production • Strong knowledge of each stage of the production process • Strong understanding of what makes a great game • Great people, communication and writing skills |
