A successful, expanding and highly respected mobile & social games business is seeking a designer who can provide real leadership. Combining solid technical design skills with a track record of designing successful titles the Senior Designer will mentor & motivate the design teams to deliver high quality, customer excitement and ROI.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Leadership - evidence you can lead, improve and motivate small, agile design teams to deliver popular, commercially successful titles

2+ years of mobile, casual, online and/or social game design experience
Significant design input into at least one successful live title on mobile, handheld or Facebook

Excellent Technical design skills e.g. UI, game balancing, level design, game mechanics
Able to work swiftly & effectively with analysts, community and product managers in refining and optimising design features.

Real interest in core and casual gaming plus a strong understanding of these gaming audiences
Passion and vision to create the next generation of social mobile games
Salary £Negotiable DOE
