Job Description Description
Looking for a Network Programmer. This programmer will be responsible for a wide variety of online-related tasks on our AAA titles, from adding fresh and exciting new gameplay modes to developing new game synchronization network models.

General responsibilities will include:

* Working with the rest of the online team as well as the gameplay team to implement new features
* Extending existing online framework as new requirements come up
* Optimizing and maintaining existing code
* Completing tasks on time and to a high degree of quality
* Be a contributing member of the online team

Qualifications
Necessary:

* Experience with developing networked applications
* An understanding of TCP/IP and UDP, compression techniques and low level networking fundamentals
* Familiarity with networked game architectures and concepts
* Experience with matchmaking on consoles.
* Strong C++ skills and experience with a scripting language.
* Writing code that is both easy to debug and maintainable.
* Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.


Desirable: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (preferably with an emphasis on Networking).
