Looking for a highly motivated and experienced AI Programmer. This person will work on core AI system functionality such as navigation, pathfinding, FSM, optimization and upgrading our existing AI system.

General responsibilities will include:

* Working closely with designers and animators to improve gameplay features and character interactions.

* Developing robust and re-usable behaviors to extend and refine current functionality.

* Optimizing and maintaining existing code.

* Completing tasks on time and to a high degree of quality.

* Keeping up to date with the latest developments in AI technology.

Qualifications

* Experience developing AI and implementing behaviors on a shipped title.

* Strong understanding of hierarchical FSMs, motion planning and graph searching is essential.

* Familiarity with animation systems and blend trees.

* Solid math background.

* Strong C++ skills and experience with a scripting language.

* Experience with computational geometry, physics or collision systems a plus.

* Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.

Desirable: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (preferably with an emphasis on AI).
