Seeking a gameplay programmer with experience developing for Xbox 360 and/or Playstation 3 platforms.

Job duties include:

* A programmer in this position is essential to the “fun factor” in a game and is largely responsible for the overall gameplay
* Works with other team members to develop new ideas to be integrated into gameplay
* Assists in determination of tasks for new gameplay techniques and develops estimate of time required for those tasks
* Designs, develops, implements, and debugs code for various gameplay features (AI, player control, weapons, physics, effects, scripting, multiplayer, etc.)
* Works closely with other departments (Art, Animation, Sound, Design) to implement and incorporate gameplay features
* Performs other development duties as assigned by the Programming Lead

Qualifications

* 3+ years of experience as a gameplay programmer using C/C++
o Worked on at least one published title
* Strong understanding of object-oriented programming
* Creative, motivated, focused, passionate, results-oriented
* Good communicator that enjoys collaboration with other programmers
* Passion for games

The ideal candidate will also have:

* B.S. degree in Computer Science
