Job Title Environment Artist

Job Description Responsibilities:

* Close collaboration with art director, modeler, texture artist, designers and coordinator in planning, scoping and prioritizing work.
* Graphic research related to his/her level and documentation
* Close communication with the technical direction to keep updated on the engine’s evolutions and constraints
* Assets integration (objects, textures, lighting, etc…) in accordance with the art direction through art reviews
* Working with a lighting artist or lighting of the level
* Artists would be responsible for their own optimizing and debug process.

Qualifications:

* A degree in fine arts or equivalent work experience.
* Strong traditional artistic skill.
* Excellent knowledge of the game development process and interactions between art and design.
* Good communication abilities
* Good sense of organization
* Strong technical art skills required for creating optimized levels
* Expertise of level texture painting and UV applications skills.
* Verify art asset performance and appearance in the game engine.
