As Producer/Project Manager you will have the job of coordinating and managing the entire development team. Your responsibilities will ensure that the development team are fully aware of what is to be developed, who is responsible and the time frame that it has to be developed within

You must therefore posses strong understanding of the development process and each individual specialism within. Listening, assessing, scheduling monitoring and communication are all vital skills. You must also have solid understanding of project management methodologies and practices. Experience of MMO development and live service tittles is a distinct bonus.  Overall your focus will be in efficiency and quality delivery.
