Job Description Ready At Dawn is seeking Senior Network Programmers to work on the multiplayer component of our new original IP, 3rd person action adventure game for a Next-Generation home console game system.

Ready At Dawn Studios is looking for talented Senior Network Programmers who are passionate about gameplay and multiplayer game development. Network programmers code gameplay content like enemy AI, weapons, character controls, and other functionality with a specific focus on its use in online multiplayer environments. Network programmers also create technical specifications for networked gameplay systems that meet the requirements of the design and art teams as well as fleshing out, expanding, and implementing game designs.

The ideal candidates should:

+ Have experience contributing to a wide variety of gameplay systems, such as player controls, game rules, scripting, weapons, and AI
+ Have experience with and a strong passion for developing innovative networked multiplayer game functionality
+ Understand all aspects of game programming including rendering and physics
+ Be fluent in C++ and demonstrate knowledge of good object oriented software engineering practices
+ Have a solid understanding of 3D mathematics
+ Possess exceptional problem solving and debugging skills
+ Be able to write well-structured, readable code
+ Strive to add the extra polish that truly sets games apart Experience Level:
+ 3 year of professional experience with 1+ years of professional experience working on multiplayer games
