Position Summary: - Leads development through all stages of production establishing and executing the project’s short term objectives Essential Job Functions: - Manages daily development tasks - Coordinates resources to ensure that schedules and deliverables meet defined objectives and quality standards - Establishes, maintains and enhances relationships with all team members - Provides input into long term strategic direction - Supports the strategic planning and budgeting processes for project - Coordinates build and milestone deliveries internally and externally - Remains stationary for long periods of time while working in front of a computer - Manipulates a keyboard, mouse, and/or other input device - Performs other or similar related duties as necessary Experience/Skills: - 5-8 years of industry experience - Strong process, organizational, and business skills - Design skills and/or creative background - Great communication and presentation skills - Ability to establish and maintain long-term relationships - Ability to work well with large groups - Ability to multi-task and to adapt easily to change - Experience with multi-platform video game production preferred - Programming skills preferred - Bachelor's (BA) degree from accredited four-year college or university or equivalent experience About the Company!
