Job Description Looking for a marketing professional for European conquest!

Panzar: Forged by Chaos is a free-to-play fantasy battle game for PC. It has been launched in Russia last August, and is about to start wreaking havoc in Europe.   

Panzar is looking for a marketing professional who knows how to tackle advertising video games on European level. Someone who can handle the pressure of breaking new ground, and knows how to reach the target audience in several countries at the same time. Someone who knows what advertising agencies would suit our purposes best, and can make them do our bidding.   

The duties include, but are not limited to:

i. Creating an optimal marketing plan, including creating and supervising the advertising budgets. 
ii. Searching for and negotiating with new traffic suppliers. 
iii. Actively searching for new advertising places and connections, and making conclusion reports. 
iv. Optimization of incoming traffic for each supplier, including marketing material changes. 
v. Daily management of traffic and quickly reacting to all issues.
