Job Description	Other Ocean’s Newfoundland, Canada Studio is seeking Video Game Artists, Other Ocean Interactive has exciting opportunities available for video game artists of all levels. Candidates must have: - 3D polygon modeling - UV texture mapping - Maya - Photoshop - Basic gaming knowledge Other desirable skills: - 3D rigging and character animation - Sprite / Pixel creation and animation - 2D animation - Graphic User Interface(GUI) Design - Concept art - Special effects - 3D Lighting - Flash Artists at Other Ocean studios tend to have general skills in most aspects of 2d and 3d video game art. A focus in one or more areas of video game art is highly valuable; however, our artists are often required to be flexible and productive on all artistic portions of a project. The studio will do its best to accommodate each artist’s chosen specialty. Artists are given the opportunity to try new elements of art production as much as possible; this occasionally includes level design and input on game design.
