Job Description A growing Visualisation company requires a confident Project Manager with at least 10 years of experience working in Architecture, Engineering or Construction with some solid project management experience during that time.

The role requires the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients of excellent standing based in the UK and internationally, whilst sustaining a high level of control over the negotiation of realistic deadlines and project value.

Requirements:
10 years experience in one of the following practices: Architecture, Engineering, Construction including Project management and client liaison

Computer literate
Good knowledge of
- MS Office
- Photoshop
-Strong verbal and written communication skills
-Self confident
-Organised

Desirable:
Experience managing a team
Knowledge of Photoshop

Job description:
Manage entire project life cycle and strategy, from making new business contacts, maintaining existing client relationships to closing deals;

Negotiating Product, Deals, deadlines,

Project control and planning (time, cost, quality)

Project Budgeting and Sales invoicing for Accounts

Risk analysis and being able to minimize risk at all times the project by maintaining close links with the clients and studio Producer.

Put together comprehensive quotes for new business enquiries, following consultation with the potential client, consisting of an estimation of timescales (provided by the Producer) and costs;

For accepted quotes, compile detailed project briefs for the Producer including details of the product that has been agreed with the client, internal and external sign off dates for work in progress and project completion;

Regular client meetings with updates on progress of the project;

Attending networking functions with a view to developing contacts in line with the Sales and Marketing strategy;

Close mentoring by the MD during the progress of the project.
