Job Description	My client is one of the largest independent development studios in Europe building on the success of a highly active (1 million+ subscribers) MMORPG adventure title. My client is currently looking for a strong Senior Producer to lead the next step in developing an MMORPG that is played by millions all over the world; therefore a passion for this genre of game is essential. The successful candidate will be responsible for: • Leading a team of 3-4 senior designers and 15+ content developers; • Overseeing the development of the project's game world, ensuring a cohesive approach is maintained for the overall storyline development • Managing the release schedule and content publishing aims to ensure the game is updated frequently and effectively; • Managing the content development team in the production of original and ingenious work, whilst ensuring that milestones are accomplished and schedules achieved on time; • Being responsible for the content production process, proactively striving to make it as efficient and rich as possible; • Building excellent working relationships with development teams to ensure the production of high quality and contextualized content; • Establishing a creative and productive environment through effective team coaching; • Ongoing appraisal of team member's individual performances, helping them to work towards their own continuous personal development; • Working closely in alignment with the company’s overall business strategy; • Leading by example through commitment, passion and professionalism towards the company, the project and the gaming industry as a whole; • Continual revision of methods, tools and concepts employed by the development teams You will be joining this highly successful company at a senior management level therefore you will have at experience of at least one full game project lifecycle. Candidates with a background in MMO titles (commercial or hobby) and deep understanding of role playing mechanics will have a huge advantage.
