Job Description	We are currently hiring an experienced Project Manager to support the development of an established console franchise, backed by one of the world’s most respected publishers. The role will require the successful candidate to support both the Studio Head and Producer and to motivate and monitor the team in order to achieve AAA results and deliver a ground-breaking product that remains true to its roots. As such, the candidate must possess excellent management and communication skills, as well as considerable enthusiasm for the role. Skill Requirements/Responsibilities: Project planning, tracking, and reporting; risk and scope management in order to ensure that milestones are in line with schedule; management of risk and scope. MS Project & Office proficiency. Understanding and application of project management principles and frameworks, including Agile Development/SCRUM. Stakeholder Management, including liaising with the Publisher and PR/Marketing agencies and negotiating change requests. Handling key relationship with the licensor to keep the game in-brand. The ideal candidate will have worked in the games industry for 5+ years and have experience on at least 2 AAA titles, although proof of similar levels of experience in other software industries will be considered.
