Job Description	Our Sheffield based client is looking for an Experienced producer / project manager for a new next-gen project on X360 & PS3, reporting to the Executive Producer / Studio Head: Responsibilities include: * Working directly with the team to make great games * Man-management of a multi-disciplined team and project (20+ staff) * Producing and maintaining project documents including: schedule, risk analysis, issue tracking, milestone and deliverables * Liaising with project sponsors and development partners including outsourcing* Day-to-day management of risks arising in the development * Driving the project to low risk, high quality, on time, on budget production * Platforms include: X360, PlayStation 3 and PC. Specific experience and skills required · General project management skills (scheduling, risk management etc) · Must be passionate about games development and getting things done · Highly diligent and excellent attention to details · Excellent written and verbal communication skills · Leadership & motivational management · Committed to taking responsibility for their project · Exceptional organisational skills · Extensive MS Project experience Experience * Managed multiple projects (10+ staff) through entire life cycle * Multiple years successful games development experience * Multiple shipped, recent titles Preferred · Agile Development (Scrum) · Prince 2 / PMBOK Salary for this role is negotiable, depending on experience.
