Do you have? ·At least one released current generation title (360, ps3) as a senior/lead games designer ·Line manager experience ·Scheduling and time management experience ·A demonstrable track record of problem-solving and creative thinking ·The ability to inspire others and lead by example Are you? ·Confident, articulate and outgoing ·Able to think logically and laterally ·A skilled writer of everything from technical designs to high-level pitch documents ·Up for the challenge of taking great games and making them better My client makes great games.
