Job Description	Our clients are looking for a highly skilled and knowledgeable candidate with a proven track record of leadership and management. Applicants must have a firm grasp of all aspects of game art production - from the finest aesthetic point and technical glitch to boardroom presentation. REQUIRED Minimum of 5 years industry experience, with at least 3 published AAA titles. The ability to a develop and maintain an artistic vision in conjunction with the Art Director. Significant management and project planning experience. An experience and understanding of the importance of building wider business relations. The proven ability to guide the over-all management of an art team on a published AAA product. A proven track record in of recruitment and selection. The ability to define resources from design a brief and develop a plan that delivers against all requirements. The ability to develop bespoke solutions to problems and demonstrate lateral thinking. An empowering and motivating approach to team building. Excellent interpersonal skills being both diplomatic and approachable. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong Team leadership skills that nurture a creative and proactive team. Display a flexible approach to all aspects of working. A keen eye for detail. Excellent organisational and planning skills that utilise development process experience. A professional approach that swiftly builds peer group and team respect. Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines at all levels Ability to manage the demands of numerous people and tasks The ability to consider issues from multiple angles and take decisive action.
