Job Description Formed in 2003 by six games industry veterans, my client are a 100% independent games developer operating from new offices in a delightful Oxfordshire village in the heart of the English countryside. Although a relatively young studio, the founders of the studio have a development heritage stretching back many years not only as individuals, but also as a team. They have their own propriety cross-platform technology, which has been refined over the past 10 years and proven across many platforms and titles.

This role will suit an experienced Assistant Producer who is looking for a new challenge. You will be working with a Creative Director to help with the finer aspects of scheduling and team management throughout the development life cycle. This position will include project management, team management, game localisation, design work, build assessment, maintain bug database and the management of press assets. You must have the following qualities:

-Games industry experience, having worked on at least one published product.
-Able to provide support to the development team.
-Excellent interpersonal skills.
-An appreciation of online gaming is an advantage.
-Ability to learn quickly and turn your hand to a variety of tasks.
-Ability to rapidly adjust to changes and think on your feet.
-An understanding of PC operation, including file management and backup of data.
-Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise competently with all staff.
-Excellent presentation skills.
-Excellent time management skills.
-Excellent organisational skills.
-A working knowledge of MS Project.

Must have excellent knowledge of a variety of game genres on all common platforms.
