OPM are delighted to be working with this long-established, leading developer who is looking to strengthen their teams by employing an established producer. The successful candidate will lead teams to deliver high-quality mobile titles with mass-market sales potential.

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Games Producer (+3 titles shipped as a senior producer)
  • Solid organizational skills and a rigorous, hard-working approach
  • Degree from a top management or top engineering school
  • Able to organize a team’s workflow following a precise schedule
  • Able to govern, motivate and work with a team under pressure
  • Able to report to supervisors clearly and precisely
  • Able to work in English on a daily basis (writing, speaking, managing, communicating ideas)
  • Current or previous hardcore gamer
  • Passion for video games
  • All candidates will be tested to demonstrate their ability to develop games
  • Able to be creative on every detail of the project from start to finish, while maintaining global consideration on the project’s scope at the same time
  • Prior experience in managing big teams of creative and specialized persons
  • Good knowledge of entertainment
  • Technical background


Responsibilities:

  • Macro and micro-organizing the team, preparing and following up on the different production cycles: pitch, concept, design documentation, mock-up, alpha, beta, gold
  • Supervising quality in different areas of development: game design, art, programming
  • Delivering the project on time while following the allocated budget
  • Communicating continually with international teams
  • The producer is assisted on a daily basis by a studio manager and international leads
