OPM are assisting an Indie Game Developer looking for an experienced UI/UX Programmer.

You’ll be working directly alongside our UI artist working on a PC F2P franchise.

The studio has already seen successful PC/Xbox1/PS4/Mac/Linux releases and is looking to continue this tradition

Role Requirements:

  • The desire to collaborate with the team to create stylish, logical, scalable and seamless UX solution
  • Great communication skills
  • Genuine passion for the latest styles and SCI FI
  • You should embrace the fast pace environment of a small indie studio


Essential:

  • Ability to implement the UI and UX experience using JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS
  • Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience required
  • Excellent communication and problem solving skills
  • A portfolio of shipped titles/Websites
  • Edge Animate experience (and using it with Javascript)


Desirable:

  • Knowledge of video games
  • Degree in HCI, Design, or equivalent experience as a UX/Interaction Designer
  • Photoshop and Illustrator proficiency


Bonus:

  • Ability to create production quality UI and art assets a bonus
  • Knowledge of F2P games a plus
  • Up to date on latest design trends and styles
