Overview of Role

This well-established games studio are currently looking for an experienced Gaming Recruitment Manager

Summary of Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the recruitment process and life-cycle, including initial assessments, interviews, and offers
  • Responsible for managing the recruiting coordinator.
  • Work with internal teams and hiring managers to assist with recruitment against recruitment plan.
  • Develop recruitment strategy. This may include job posting optimisation, recruiting marketing channel development, job board procurement, digital and non-digital employment marketing, comprehensive recruitment campaign planning, talent planning.
  • Ensure compliance with employee legislation in relation to recruitment.
  • Support and influence the management team across the business in recruiting decisions
  • Support and work alongside the HR Department.
  • Manage and use social media for recruitment, job boards, Internet sourcing, and other technical means to source candidates for open jobs.
  • Enhance and Develop University and College relationships to attract talent.
  • Network and organise and participate in recruitment events and career fairs and relevant trade shows.
  • Track and advise applicants through online systems and recruiting software from inception to final on boarding.
  • Manage the on boarding process throughout the candidate probation period.
  • Coach and develop the Resourcing Managers
  • Keep up with gaming and market trends to attract the best talent to the studio.


Qualifications and Training

• Minimum maths & English GCSE or equivalent, CSE, O’Level, Level 2 NVQ

Desirable

  • CIPD or equivalent professional qualification
  • Worked within the gaming industry
  • Project Management – strong organisational skills
  • Worked with a HR team previously
