OPM are pleased to be working with a fantastic new client seeking a Product Manager to enhance an extraordinary team. You will be a German-speaking market expert (Germany, Switzerland and Austria). Your role will be to analyse and understand local users’ expectations and propose new ideas to encourage more gamers to join the community whilst making sure current users are content.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Develop, plan, and implement high impact marketing & PR campaigns to increase consumer awareness and enhance presence in the GSA territory.
  • Shape partnerships with external agencies and local influencers to create breakthrough marketing assets and generate positive PR.
  • Cultivate and execute tactical promotional plans to support local sales on a case by case basis.
  • Collaborate with the internal PR, Marketing, Development, Business Operations, and Support teams in order to ensure a great player experience.
  • Conduct post mortem analysis on all implemented campaigns to measure effectiveness and understand performance (reputation/revenue).


Skills/Experience required:

  • Solid knowledge of GSA computer games’ market.
  • Established work experience in marketing, product positioning, media strategies and PR tactics.
  • Capability to communicate, as well as conduct business, in English and German.
  • Strong analytical, planning, and forecasting skills.
  • Business or marketing degree.
  • Experience working in the Entertainment business or preferably the Video games industry.
  • Self-motivated, highly dynamic individual with a drive to succeed.
  • Honesty, passion, creativity.
  • A “can do”, positive attitude.
  • Availability to travel.
  • Ability to work with MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
